正交设计优选健肝乐颗粒提取工艺

为了优选健肝乐颗粒乙醇回流法最佳提取工艺,用正交实验法,以芍药苷含量为考察指标,对乙醇浓度、回流次数、乙醇用量等影响因素进行研究,筛选最佳提取工艺。最佳工艺为加10倍量70%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2h。应用该工艺提取效率高、稳定性好,为从优选健肝乐颗粒或含白芍中药制剂中提取芍药苷提供了参考依据。

Optimization of the Alcohol Extracting Technology for Jianganle Granules by Orthogonal Test

In order to optimize the conditions for the alcohol extraction of paeoniflor in Jianganle granules. With the paeoniflor content as index, orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence factors, including the eoncentra-tion of alcohol , the extracting time and the amount of alcohol. The optimum process was 10 times of 70% alcohol, extracting 2 times and 2 hours each time. The process is efficient, stable and suitable for determination of paeoniflor of Jianganle granules.
