摘    要:深层搅拌法是以水泥作固化剂,通过专用的深层搅拌机械,在地基深部就地将土和水泥搅拌而成加固体;具有施工时无噪声,无振动,不污染周围环境等优点。其刚度介于刚性桩和软性桩之间,而水泥搅拌桩具有加固地基的工程特性,即有复合地基的一面。本文以某办公楼为例,就应用水泥搅拌桩加固软弱地基的情况进行了综合论述

Abstract:The soil and cement are mixed into a solidified body in the deep level of the foundation by special purposed deep mixer with cement as the solidifying agent. This method is characterized by noiselessness, non vibration, not polluting surroundings during construction. The rigidness is located between that of the rigid pile and the soft pile. However, the cement mixed pile has the performance of reinforcing the foundation, having the feature of the compound foundation. This paper taking an office building as an example, presents a comprehensive reasoning and discussion on the account of cement mixed pile reinforcement of the soft foundation.
