| 摘 要： | 采用OLYMPUS金相显微镜及OXFORD扫描电镜分析了WD615气缸盖渗漏缺陷，分析发现该缺陷为气孔缺陷。通过采取相应措施，WD615气缸盖渗漏率由1．1％降低为0.3％。

| Abstract: | The leakage of Model WD615 cylinder head has been investigated by means of OI,YMPUS metallographie microscope and OXFORD SEM. Analysis showed that it was blowhole defect. By adopting the corresponding measures, the leakage rate of WD615 cylinder head has reduced from 1. 1% to 0.3%. |
