| 摘 要： | 本文分析了光亮辊系统对轧制润滑与产品表面质量的影响规律。提出在既定条件下，用光亮角θ调控光辊的移动位置，并指出光亮角θ变化的区域。

| Abstract: | The effecting rule of colouring roll system on rolling lubrication and surface quality is studied inthis paper. It is pointed out that on certain conditions the moving position of colouring roll can be adjustedby controlling colouring angle 0 and the changing zone of colouring angle 0 is given. |
