摘    要:本文主要论述一种新型结构形式-动静压轴承高速内圆磨头的工作原理及主要设计计算。这种结构形式的特点是采用液体动、静压相结合的原理,将动压轴承和静压轴承设计在一起,在磨头启动和停止过程中主要依靠液体静压作用将主轴托起,当主轴高速旋转时,则依靠轴承的动压效应支撑主轴。这种内圆磨头不单独设置节流器,而将节流器直接加工在轴承与壳体的结合部位上;油腔不开径向回油槽并加工成容易产生动压液压的模型油腔。

Abstract:A new type of structure-high speed internal grinding spindler head with hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearing and its working theory of the structure and primary calculations have been expounded.The feature of this pattern is to utilize the hydrostatic and hydrodynamic pressure of liquid and to designthe hydrostatic bearing together with hydrodynarnic bearing. During the course of the starting and stopping of the head, the spindler is supported with hydrostatic pressure. But when the spindler is running, itis supported with hydrodynamic pressure This kind of imternal grinding spindler head doesn't place restriction alone ,The restriction is manufactured directly on the place where the bearing is close to housing. Theoil place dosen't Lave redoal return trough has cuneiform trough which is easy to produce hydrodgnamicpressure.
