摘    要:介绍一种用于水晶球或水晶珠粘接和磨削加工的粘球模架,模架具有三模座结构,安装模具的工作表面是上模座和中模座侧面,中模座在导向过程中其侧面始终要求与上模座侧面保持同一平面,并且能满足80~100℃工作温度下不会出现导柱导套咬死现象,仍能保持模架的精密导向要求。

Abstract:A three-holder die set for bonding and grinding crystal balls was introduced in this paper. The working surface for installation is the side face of the upper and middle holder. The middle holder should be kept in the same plane with the upper holder all the time while the side face of the middle holder is guided and the pillars will not be blocked under the working temperature from 80 ℃ to 100 ℃and the die set still remains high precision and accuracy.
