城市设计后期介入的实践与探索——以“鸿恩幽谷”鸿恩寺传统风貌区城市设计及商业策划为例

随着社会经济的发展,大规模的城市建设,促成了许多各自独立规划、独自完善的居住区,在这些居住区聚集的地区,地域文化、人文历史正逐渐湮没。而城市设计作为一种控制城市空间环境,提高城市环境质量、生产质量和城市景观艺术水平的有效手段,如何在已经或正在建设的地区中发挥其作用,是城市规划工作者们又一新的课题。本文通过"鸿恩寺传统风貌区城市设计及商业策划"项目,对这一课题进行了初步探讨。

Urban Design and Commercial Planning Based on the Traditional Style of Hong'en Temple in "Hong'en Quiet Valley"

The development of society,economy and large-scale urban construction has facilitated many independently-planned residences.Yet in these regions,local culture and history have been disappearing.As an effective measure of controlling the space environment of a city and enhancing the environmental quality,productivity and the scenery art level of a city,urban planning plays vital part in regions both constructed and under construction.However,it poses a new challenge to city planners as how to apply it in actual practice.This article gives it a preliminary discussion by analyzing the program of "Urban design and commercial planning based on the traditional style of Hong’en Temple".
