| 摘 要： | 生产多品种、多规格弹簧，通常要进口成套数控生产设备，所用设备虽然可达到良好的性能指标，但是存在价格高、售后服务不能保障等缺点。根据上述情况，开发了工业计算机伺服控制系统，将PCL—832电机控制卡应用在伺服控制中。此系统己应用于弹簧生产中，替代了同类进口设备，应用前景十分广泛。

| Abstract: | The numerical control equipment is generally imported in order to produce various kinds of spring.The equipment has good performance figure,but its price is high and after sales services can't be guaranteed.Based on the above facts,an industrial computer servo control system is developed and the PCL-832 motor control card is applied to the servo control.This system has been applied to the production of springs instead of the same kind of imported equipment.It has broad prospects for applications. |
