摘    要:重点研究了不同含量的Si元素对氧化铁皮结构以及钢带表面质量的影响。在实验室对Si含量为0.02、0.05、0.15%的带钢进行了恒温氧化实验。结合试验结果与生产实际阐述了中碳低硅钢带表面质量易恶化,生产过程轧辊表面老化快的主要原因,同时也给出了主要措施。

Abstract:in this paper, the effect of Si content on the surface quality of steel strip and the scale structure is studied. In the laboratory, constant temperature oxidation experiments were carried out on strip steel with Si content of 0.02%, 0.05% and 0.15%.Combined with the test results and the production practice, the main reasons for the surface quality deterioration of medium carbon low silicon steel strip and the rapid aging of roll surface in the production process are expounded, and the main measures are also given.
