摘    要:介绍195/60R1588T高操控高防滑雪地轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径613 mm,断面宽204 mm,行驶面宽度158 mm,行驶面弧度高7 mm,胎圈着合直径379 mm,胎圈着合宽度165 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.008,采用单导向V形花纹,配合高密度3D波状刀槽花纹。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用1层1670dtex/2-100 DSP聚酯帘布,带束层采用2层3×0.30HT钢丝帘布,采用半鼓式成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能均满足相关标准要求。

Abstract:The design on 195/60R1588T high handling and slip resistant snow tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 613 mm,cross-sectional width 204 mm,width of running surface 158 mm,arc height of running surface 7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 379 mm,bead width at rim seat 165 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)1.008,using single oriented tread pattern with high density 3D wave siping pattern.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using three-formula and four-piece structure for tread,1 layer 1670dtex/2-100 DSP polyester cord for carcass,2 layers of 3×0.30HT steel cord for belt,using semi-drum building machine to build tire,and hydraulic curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,bead resistance,high speed performance and endurance met the requirements of relative standards.
