摘    要:中国是钢铁生产的大国,从1996年钢产量首次突破1亿吨开始,一直稳居世界钢产量排名第一的位置。汽车衡计量在钢铁生产中的广泛应用,为工业过程提供了准确的计量手段,它承担着对内物料传导供应,对外确认重量的重要任务,其称重结果将作为财务结算的依据,数据的准确性和计量效率直接关系到企业的经济利益和对外诚信。随着钢铁产能结构优化,企业兼并重组愈演愈烈单个钢铁企业规模不断扩大,采购、销售、转储、盘倒等计量业务也随之等比增长,按照现有汽车衡计量模式每增加1台汽车衡,就需要增加四班三运转的4个计量员才能完成计量任务,这势必要大幅增加汽车衡的设备费、基础建设费、值守人工成本的投入。通过对信息化技术、自动化技术深入研究寻求一种能打破一人对一衡的局限性的计量模式来实现汽车衡设备资源、计量员人力资源的优化配置。在此基础上,本文旨在研究一种无人操作汽车衡全自动计量的方法用以解决了上述问题并在实践中得到了验证。

The research and application of automatic measurement with unmanned operation
Abstract:China is a major steel producer. Since 1996, when steel output exceeded 100 million tons for the first time, China has been ranked first in the world. The wide application of automobile scale measurement in iron and steel production provides an accurate measurement means for industrial process. It undertakes the important task of conducting and supplying internal materials and confirming external weights. Its weighing results will serve as the basis for financial settlement. The accuracy and measurement efficiency of data are directly related to the economic interests of enterprises and external integrity. With the optimization of steel production capacity structure and the intensification of merger and reorganization of enterprises, the scale of single iron and steel enterprises is constantly expanding, and the measurement business of purchasing, selling, dump, inverting and so on is also growing at the same ratio. For each additional truck scale according to the existing measurement model, it is necessary to increase four metering staff working in four shifts and three shifts to complete the measurement task, which necessitates a substantial increase in the equipment of truck scale. Investment in fees, infrastructure costs and on-duty labor costs. Through in-depth study of information technology and automation technology, we seek a measurement mode that can break the limitation of one-to-one balance to realize the optimal allocation of equipment resources and human resources of automobile weighing and measuring personnel. On this basis, the purpose of this paper is to study an automatic measurement method of unmanned truck scale to solve the above problems and has been verified in practice.
