摘    要:本文提出了一种柔性支柱式多量程飞机重量重心自动测量系统,包括飞机重量重心测量子系统、柔性支柱、柔性支柱支撑平台自动调整子系统、柔性支柱安全快捷对位和同步升降控制子系统、飞机自动调平和姿态调整子系统、系统软件、电气控制子系统、数据采集与计算机控制子系统、系统侧向力消除装置的设计,基于该系统可实现多机型多量程飞机重量重心的快捷、自动测量。

Design and research of flexible pillar type multi-range automatic measurement system for aircraft weight and barycenter
Abstract:this paper proposed a kind of flexible pillar type multi-range automatic measurement system for aircraft weight and barycenter system, including aircraft weight and barycenter measurement subsystem, flexible pillar, automatic adjustment subsystem of flexible pillar supporting platform, flexible pillar safe and fast alignment and synchronous lifting control subsystem, aircraft automatically adjusts and the attitude adjustment subsystem, software of system, electrical control subsystem, data acquisition and computer control subsystem, system lateral force elimination device. Based on the proposed system, the automatic aircraft weight and barycenter measurement of multi-aircraft styles can be achieved quickly and easily.
