公斤砝码自动检测系统的研制

摘    要:鉴于传统砝码检测方式存在检测工作量大、检定效率低、检测结果人工输入容易出错以及存在安全隐患等缺陷,本文设计了公斤砝码自动检测系统。从检测过程、数据处理及数据对接的安全、效率、准确等方面出发,科学合理地减少体力劳动,消除潜在安全隐患,提供精确的检测数据,自动高效地完成砝码的检定与校准,大大提高效率的同时,有效降低差错率。

Development of automatic detection system for kilogram weight
Abstract:In view of the traditional weight detection method,such as large detection workload,low verification efficiency,error in manual input of detection results and potential safety hazards,this paper designs the safety of the kilogram weight automatic detection system from the detection process,data processing and data upload.Starting from the aspects of efficiency and accuracy,scientifically and reasonably reduce physical labor,eliminate potential safety hazards,provide accurate detection data,and automatically and efficiently complete the verification and calibration of weights,greatly improving efficiency and effectively reducing the error rate.
