PAA/PVA复合纤维膜QCM传感器用于氨气浓度的检测

摘    要:采用静电纺丝法制备聚丙烯酸(PAA)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合纤维,沉积在石英晶片上,装配成复合纤维膜石英晶体微天平(QCM)传感器,并用于检测氨气(NH3)浓度。通过扫描电镜、X-射线光电子能谱及BET法研究了复合纤维膜的形态结构、官能团含量及比表面积,通过QCM的振动频率变化量来检测复合纤维膜对NH3的吸附量。结果表明:PAA/PVA复合纤维膜中丙烯酸(AA)官能团含量增加,QCM振动频率变化量逐渐增加,复合纤维膜对NH3的吸附量相应增加;纯PAA纤维膜在0.5μg/gNH3氛围中引起的QCM振动频率变化量为4.7Hz,随着NH3浓度增加,引起的QCM振动频率变化量逐渐增加,当NH3浓度增加到400μg/g时,QCM振动频率变化量最大。

Abstract:Polyacrylic acid(PAA)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)composite fiber was prepared by electrospinning and was deposited on quartz wafer to assemble a composite fiber membrane Quartz crystal microbalance(QCM)sensor to detect ammonia(NH3)concentration.The morphology,structure,functional group content and specific surface area of composite fiber membranes were studied by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and BET method.The NH3 adsorption capacity of composite fiber membranes was detected by QCM vibration frequency variation.The results showed that the variation of QCM vibration frequency increased and the adsorption capacity of NH3 on the composite fiber membrane increased accordingly when the content of acrylic acid(AA)functional group in PAA/PVA composite fibers increased;the variation of QCM vibration frequency caused by pure PAA fiber membrane was 4.7 Hz in 0.5μg/g NH3 atmosphere and gradually increased with the increase of NH 3 concentration,which was maximized when NH 3 concentration increased to 400μg/g.
