摘    要:采用落锤式冲击试验机、万能拉力试验机对一种新型芳纶防刺服的防刺性能、刺穿力进行了测试,考察了热熔胶膜性能、防刺单元结构等因素对防刺性能的影响。测试结果表明:热熔胶膜的硬度和单位厚度刺穿力越大,防刺性能提升越多,并从四种热熔胶膜中筛选出最佳者;进一步研究发现,当热塑性聚氨酯-2与芳纶布结合时,单元结构为夹心结构的防刺性能要优于叠加结构的防刺性能,且材料的柔软度没有明显降低;当叠加单元结构层数为40层时,夹心结构材料的安全裕度可达17%以上。

Abstract:The drop hammer impact testing machine and universal tensile testing machine were used to test the stab resistant performance and the piercing force of a new type of aramid fiber stab-resistant clothing.The effects of the properties of hot melt adhesive film and unit structure on the stab resistant performance were investigated.The test results show that the hardness and the unit thickness piercing force of the hot melt adhesive film are greater,the more the stab resistance is improved,and the best one is selected from the four hot melt adhesive films.Further research finds that when TPUcloth,the stab resistance of the sandwich structure is better than the stab resistance of the superposition structure,and the softness of the material is not significantly reduced.For 40 layers,the safety margin of sandwich structural materials can reach 17% or more.
