相变微胶囊在聚丙烯纤维中的应用

摘    要:介绍了相变调温聚丙烯纤维的生产工艺,重点研究了相变材料的加入量对相变调温聚丙烯纤维可纺性及其调温性能的影响。通过DSC测试对纤维的热性能进行了研究,并对相变调温纤维的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The production technology of phase change temperature-regulated PP fiber was introduced. The content of phase change materials in phase change temperature-regulated PP fibers on the spinnability and temperature-regulated performance were studied. The thermal properties of the fibers were studied by DSC,and the application prospect of phase change temperature-regulated fiber was prospected.
