摘    要:将莽草酸接枝固定在聚乳酸(PLA)非织造布上,旨在开发可应用于医疗卫生领域的新型多功能保健材料。莽草酸接枝处理中,选用交联剂PC-100与IPDI进行架桥试验。通过调整反应温度、浓度等参数,优化反应条件,测试了PLA非织造布的透气性、导湿性、硬挺度及抗菌性。试验得出的接枝最佳工艺是:PC-100用量0.2 g,莽草酸质量浓度为9 g/L,浸渍温度60℃,120℃焙烘3 min,之后用乙醇和蒸馏水进行润洗。处理后的PLA非织造布具有良好的抗菌性,对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别达到了77.3%和72.7%。

Abstract:The PLA nonwoven is grafted with shikimic acid to develop a new type of multifunctional health care material which can be used in the field of medical and health care. Shikimic acid was grafted onto polylactic acid(PLA) nonwovens with crosslinker PC-100 and IPDI. The air permeability, moisture permeability, stiffness and antibacterial properties of PLA nonwovens were tested by adjusting the reaction temperature, concentration and other parameters. The results show that the optimum grafting conditions are as follows: PC-100 0.2 g, shikimic acid concentration 9 g/L, dipping temperature 60 ℃, baking at 120 ℃for 3 min, and then rinsing with ethanol and distilled water. The treated PLA nonwovens has good antibacterial property against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the antibacterial rates against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are 77.3% and 72.7%, respectively.
