某砖混底框结构框架梁的裂缝成因分析及处理

摘    要:某底部两层框架的砖混底框结构,一层部分框架梁上出现了多条裂缝。根据现场检测结果和结构计算,分析了该裂缝的成因,分析表明对于转换层和其他层荷载相差较大的底框框架而言,转换层以下的框架梁上会出现较大的轴向拉力,而此轴向拉力在设计时往往被忽略,该框架梁上的裂缝就是由于这个被忽略的轴向拉力造成的。同时还给出了该裂缝的加固处理措施。

Abstract:Many crevices emerge in surfaces of some frame girders of a reinforced concrete and brick construction with concrete frames in its bottom two stories. The causes inducing the crevices are analyzed based on spot tests and calculations.It is showed that the often neglected axial pull is the main reason causing the crevices.
