摘    要:给出了标称容量为 80 0mAh的LAAA型和 3 / 5AA型MH Ni电池的制备工艺路线及电池性能的测试结果。采用在泡沫镍及穿孔镀镍钢带上涂活性物质浆料的工艺方法制备电池的正极板和负极板。在实验的基础上确定了合适的正负电极及隔膜尺寸。根据对加有不同电解液量电池的不同倍率放电容量、电池内阻及密封性能的测试结果 ,选取了单电池的最佳电解液量为 1.3 5 g。对所制备电池的充放电性能及内阻的测试结果表明 ,尽管两电池在电化学性能上有所差别 ,但都达到了电池 0 .2C放电容量 80 0mAh、 1C充放电循环寿命大于 3 0 0次的设计要求。其中 ,使用焊接有集流镍带正极板的电池制备工艺 ,可以降低电池的内阻并提高电池的倍率充放电性能

Abstract:The preparation technology of LAAA sized and 3/5 AA sized Ni MH batteries with the nominal capacity of 800 mAh was introduced, and the test results for the performance of the batteries were presented. The positive and negative plates of the Ni MH batteries were prepared by coating slurried active materials on foamed nickel or punched steel band strip with nickel plating. The dimensions of positive/negative plates and separators were determined on the basis of experiment. The optimum electrolyte content for a single cell is determined as 1.35 g according to the test results for discharge capacity at various rates, the internal resistance and the sealing performance of the cells with various electrolyte content. The test results for charge/discharge properties and internal resistance of the prepared LAAA sized and 3/5 AA sized Ni MH batteries show that their discharge capacity at 0.2 C is up to 800 mAh and their cycle life at 1 C is more than 300. That means, both their performance meets the designed requirements though their electrochemical properties are different. The internal resistance can be decreased and the rated charge/discharge performance can be improved by using the positive plate soldered with nickel current collector.
