摘    要:电能质量有多个指标,对其进行综合评价是衡量电能质量优劣的主要标准,同时也是制定电价的重要依据。对于不同类型的电力负荷,其电能质量各指标的敏感程度不同,对应的权重不同,最后得到的评价结果也不相同。针对实际应用中几种常见的电力负荷,分析了不同负荷条件下电能质量各项指标的权重偏重情况,采用模糊方法对电能质量作出了综合评价。

Abstract:The power quality consists of several indices. These indices need to be evaluated by the synthetic appraisal method, which is one of the factors for evaluating the power quality and making price. Considering the sensitiveness of load to the indices of power quality, the weight of the indices and the result of the evaluation should be different due to its type. According to several common power load types in actual application, the article analyzes the weight situations of power quality about indices under different load types conditions. The fuzzy synthetic method is employed to appraise the power quality.
