振弦式传感器压力测量系统的优化设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于振弦式传感器的压力测量系统,详细介绍了测量系统的工作原理、硬件电路组成及软件设计流程.采用基于中心频率的低压扫频策略、多周期脉冲计数方法、硬件滤波与软件滤波相结合的信号调理方案,利用抛物线插值算法进行温度补偿等优化途径,现场测量与计算时间与传统低压扫频激振方式相比缩短了约50%,压力测量精度(%FS)高达0.05%以上.

Abstract:A pressure measuring system is designed based on the vibrating-wire sensor.The working principle of measuring system,hardware part of the designed circuit and the designing procedure of the related software are also elaborated on.The system utilizes the strategy of low-voltage sweep frequency which based on the center frequency,the method of multi cycle pulse counting and signal adjustment proposal of the combination of hardware tiltering with software filtering.Then the system realize the function of temperature compensation using parabolic interpolation algorithm.In the end,compared with the traditional low-frequency sweeping excitation mode,the time measured in field reduces approximately 50 %,the accuracy of pressure measurement(%FS)is over 0.05 %.
