间接空冷散热器及空冷钢塔流动和传热数值研究

摘    要:依托实际工程项目,利用计算传热学(NHT)软件FLUENT,对自然通风状态下,某2×350 MW机组外覆铝板钢结构空冷塔及四周表面式间接空冷散热器的流动和换热性能进行了数值模拟、分析和研究。确定了考核工况基准下,不同环境风速对空冷钢塔通风量和间接空冷散热器散热量的影响。模拟结果显示,随着环境风速的增加,空冷钢塔通风量和间接空冷散热器散热量减小。

Abstract:Based on the actual project,using the numerical heat transfer(NHT) software FLUENT,the flow and thermal characteristics of aluminum-clad steel structured air cooling tower surrounded by indirect air cooled radiator under natural draft for a 2×350 MW unit are simulated and analyzed.Under performance assessment condition,the influence of different wind speed on the air flow rate and heat transfer rate of indirect air cooled radiator in the dry cooling aluminum-clad steel tower are determined.The simulation results show as the environmental wind speeds grow,the natural draft rate of the steel tower and heat transfer rate of air cooled radiator are reduced.
