| 摘 要： | 东莞篮球中心主体育馆钢结构屋面吊顶工程,屋顶最高点36.5m,屋面为马鞍型结构,钢结构外环和内环的长度相差较大,呈梯形,且立面有多个马道及吊杆影响施工,因此给吊顶设计、加工及安装均带来一定的难度。为了不影响施工速度,吊装方案设计要遵循安全、实用、经济、合理的原则,采用一种合理的缆索式移动操作平台,即可解决高空车无法满足大范围辐射的吊顶板安装,又可节省大量满堂架周转材料费用,既经济又能保证工期、施工质量和安全。

| Abstract: | Basketball Center,Dongguan Stadium steel roof ceiling construction,the highest point of the roof 36.5m,between the main structure is trapezoidal,the facade there are multiple affected horses road and the construction boom.So to the ceiling design,manufacture and installation of all bring some difficulty.In order not to affect the speed of construction,lifting program designed to follow the safe,practical,economic,reasonable,rational cable using a mobile platform,can be solved aerial vehicles can not meet a wide range of radiant ceiling panel installation,but also save a lot of material packed shelf turnover costs,both economic,but also ensures that schedule,construction quality and safety. |
