环境条件对计量设备测量性能的影响

摘    要:计量设备从量值传递、检定(校准)测试的角度需要,对其使用和维护的环境条件有极其严格的要求,常在良好环境条件的实验室里工作。但装备和型号任务的研制、试验和使用过程中,随时要求计量设备“走”出实验室,在装备和型号任务工作的现场进行检定、校准、测试,准确定量地评判装备和型号任务的性能和技术指标本文阐述了环境条件如温度、湿度、振动、电源、电磁干扰等对长度、力学计量设备、电子类计量设备等测量性能的影响。

Abstract:In needs of transfer value, verification (calibration) and testing, measure equipments used and protected in environment condition have strictly requirements, it means that they must be used in good labs. But during the developing, testing or using the equip and model tasks, at any moment it needs the equipments out of labs for verification, calibration or testing in local of working, then truly and quantificationally giving out their capability and technical specification. The paper introduces the effects of environment condition, such as temperature, humidity, vibration, power supply, electromagnetism interfere etc., on measure capability of the length, mechanics and electron metrological equipments.
