基于涡流和磁记忆法的退役曲轴检测

摘    要:为了对退役曲轴再制造前的剩余疲劳寿命进行评估,提出了一种基于涡流和磁记忆法的退役曲轴检测方法。并对曲轴进行了动态仿真,得到曲轴的关键检测点为油孔和圆角处。在此基础之上,针对曲轴特殊的结构形式,设计开发出一种检测装置,实现了一次装夹就可同时检测主轴颈和连杆轴颈。检测结果表明,该检测装置可对退役曲轴进行方便、快捷的检测,获得连续、准确的检测信号,从而为评价退役曲轴的剩余疲劳寿命提供了基本依据。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the residual fatigue life of end - of - life crankshaft, this paper proposed a new testing method based on eddy current and magnetic memory method. Also, On the basis of dynamic simulation and finite element analysis, which the fillets and oil holes were confirmed as the testing points. Facing the special structure of crankshaft, a testing device was developed. The testing results showed that crankshaft can be measured quickly and expediently by the device and the signals were continuous and exact. So it can provide the basic data for evaluating residual fatigue life of end - of - life crankshaft.
