电刷臂精确数控压装机的设计和开发

摘    要:开发了一种用于汽车电子油门踏板电刷臂压装的数控设备.论述了设备的组成及功能,针对设备中的软硬件的组成部分进行了深入的分析和研究.在Win2000平台下使用VB6.0设计用户界面,通过工控机的打印口实现对设备工作平台的过程和运动控制,使用改装了触头的高精度的光栅位移传感器控制压装间隙,实现了对电刷臂的精确压装,在为国内某些知名品牌汽车的零配件生产中达到了满意的效果.

Abstract:A numerical control equipment for pressing brush ann used in the automobile electron accelerator pedal is developed. The equipment and its the function are illustrated, and thorough analysis of both for software and hardware the equipment is presented using VB6.0 to design the user interface with the Win2000 platform and the line print terminal of industrial control computer, so the process and movement of equipment working table can be contralled the high accuracy grating displacement sensor reequipped the probe is used to control the pressing gap and to realize the precise press of brush ann. The satisfactory effect has been achieved on spare parts production for some well-known brand automobiles.
