星型内齿行星传动的动力学计算与效率分析

摘    要:针对三轴式星型内齿行星传动,以变形协调方程为基础建立了行星轴承的动力学分析模型并进行了效率分析,结合内齿平动的啮合效率,给出了三轴式星型内齿行星传动的效率计算公式,并以某种型号的星型内齿行星减速器为例进行了受力计算和效率计算.

Abstract:In view of a three-shaft Xing-type gear transmission with inner planet gear, dynamic models for the planetary bearings have been set up by means of the deformation coordination equation. Then the efficiency of the plan- etary bearings is analyzed. A formula has been derived for the three-shaft Xing-type gear transmission with inner planet gear. Using the model and formula, so some three-shaft Xing-type gear transmission with inner-planet-gear have been calculated.
