2K-H型行星轮系的功率流、效率与自锁

摘    要:应用离散方法,首先将2K-H型行星轮系分解为两个简单的K-H型周转轮系,然后分析每个构件的角速度和所受力矩的方向,从而绘制出功率流向图.发现2K-H型行星轮系属于封闭式周转轮系;其中,正号机构存在循环功率流,这是导致其效率低,而且在某种情况下还会发生自锁的原因.同时,给出了一种新分析方法.

Abstract:In this paper the discretization method is used and the 2K-H type planetary gear train is first decom- posed into two simple gear trains of K-H type. Afterwards bsth the angle speed and the torque of each component are thoroughly analyzed and the diagrams for the power-flow are drawn. The papes finds that 2k-H planetary gear train be- longs to the planetary differential gear train. The positive sign mechanism has circulating power load. The circulating power load not only reduces efficiency of the positive sign mechanism, but also makes the positive sign mechamism self- locked under some conditions. At the same time, this paper actually provides a new analysis method.
