摘    要:介绍了水下绳锯机串珠绳张力检测装置组成和工作原理.对检测装置中导向绳轮的动力学特性进行了理论分析,推导出了张力检测装置静态标定时的理论修正公式,试验结果与理论修正结果基本吻合,从而证明了理论修正公式的合理性.应用此公式对张力检测装置进行现场静态标定,海上试验表明,张力检测装置达到了预期设计要求,绳锯机能安全高效的工作.

Abstract:The composition and working principle of an underwater wire saw tensile force detecting system was in- troduced. Dynamic analysis of guide rope sheave in detecting system was completed. Theoretical correction formula of tensile force detecting system static calibration was deduced. Trial results were almost consistent with theoretical correc- tion results, so theoretical correction formula validity was proved. The tensile force detecting system was calibrated with the formula in field, offshore test showed the tensile detecting system achieved expected goal, the wire saw could work effectively.
