摘    要:生物驱油剂应用于固井前置液是较为新颖的技术。对其所配制的冲洗液及隔离液的降低表面张力、腐蚀性、pH值、密度、悬浮性等物化性能,以及与胜利油田现场应用的各类钻井液、固井水泥浆的相容性进行了研究,得到了一种对钻井液冲洗及顶替性能优良的新型生物固井前置液。固井现场应用证明,其冲洗、顶替、置换性能良好,固并双界面胶结质量明显改善,从而大幅度地提高了固井质量。

Abstract:The application of oil displacement agent in cementing pad fluid is a new technology, and a novel biological cementing pad fluid is developed, with excellent drilling fluid flushing and displacement efficiency. This biological cementing pad fluid is developed based on the study of such physical and chemical properties as surface tension reducing, corrosion, pH value, density and suspension of the flushing fluid and spacing fluid mixed, as well as its compatibilities with various drilling fluids and cementing slurries used in Shengli Oilfield. Field cementing application showed that it has good flushing, displacement and replacement properties, and the bonding quality on cementing interfaces was improved, thus greatly improved the cementing quality.
