玻化微珠保温混凝土正交试验研究

摘    要:鉴于一般混凝土导热系数高,保温性能差的缺陷,提出了一种新型保温混凝土,即玻化微珠保温混凝土,该混凝土具有一般混凝土的物理力学性能,同时又具有保温隔热性能.通过混凝土的正交试验,分析了相关因素对混凝土的导热系数和抗压强度的影响规律,验证了在混凝土中掺加一定数量的玻化微珠配制玻化微珠保温混凝土的可行性.

Abstract:Traditional concrete has shortcomings of high thermal conductivity and thermal-insulating ability.A new thermal-insulating concrete named thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete which has physical and mechanical properties of traditional concrete and better thermal-insulating ability is presented.Based on the orthogonal experiments of concrete, the effect of related factors on thermal conductivity coefficient and compressive strength of concrete was analyzed and the feasibility of concrete mixing with glazed hollow bead to compose thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete was verified.
