湿法烟气脱硫添加剂研究进展

摘    要:在湿法脱硫工艺中,通过加入适宜的添加剂,可提高脱硫效率与脱硫剂的利用率,还可减缓浆液pH值的波动,提高装置的操作弹性。对国内外湿法脱硫技术中添加剂的研究状况进行了分析。结合本文作者的开发研究,认为在众多无机和有机添加剂中,己二酸和氯化钠的组合是一种具有开发前景的复合型添加剂。

Abstract:Adding an condign additive to the wet FGD system could not only increase SO_2 removal efficiency and utilization of sorbent,but also buffer pH fluctuation of slurry and increase system flexibility.In this paper the progress of additives for wet FGD process in the world was introduced.According to the experimental results adipic acid plus sodium chloride appear to be one of the most promising additives among the numerous inorganic and organic compound additives.
