微波辐射合成对氨基苯甲酸苄酯

摘    要:在微波辐射下,以对氨基苯甲酸、NaOH和氯化苄为原料,以聚乙二醇-200(PEG-200)为相转移催化剂和溶剂,合成了对氨基苯甲酸苄酯。用熔点测定法和IR手段对产物的结构进行了表征。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、微波辐射功率和辐射时间等因素对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明,微波辐射可明显促进对氨基苯甲酸苄酯的合成;在n(对氨基苯甲酸)∶n(NaOH)∶n(氯化苄)∶n(PEG-200)=1∶1.50∶1.75∶2.82、微波辐射功率500W、辐射时间12min的条件下,合成的对氨基苯甲酸苄酯收率可达到96.01%。该方法具有操作简便、反应时间短和产物收率高等特点。

Abstract:Benzyl p-aminobenzoate was synthesized from p-aminobenzoic acid,NaOH and benzyl chloride under microwave irradiation with polyethylene glycol-200 as both phase transfer catalyst and solvent.The structure of product was identified by melting point method and IR.Experimental results showed that the microwave radiation enhanced the yield of benzyl p-aminobenzoate evidently.Effects of material ratio,catalyst dosage,microwave irradiation power and microwave irradiation time on the synthesis were studied.Under optimal conditions: n(p-aminobenzoic acid)∶n(NaOH)∶n(benzyl chloride)∶n(polyethylene glycol-200) 1∶1.50∶1.75∶2.82,microwave irradiation power 500 W and irradiation time 12 min,yield of benzyl p-aminobenzoate could reach 96.01%.This synthesis is simple in the operation,short in the reaction time and high in yield.
