烯丙基醚改性不饱和聚酯腻子的研制

摘    要:利用氧化成膜组分烯丙基醚改善不饱和聚酯空干性能,研究了烯丙基改性不饱和聚酯腻子配方和生产工艺,分析了主体树脂的选择、苯乙烯单体、颜填料、阻聚剂、促进剂、固化剂等因素对其性能的影响。结果表明:研制的产品常温下干燥迅速,涂刮性优异,打磨性能好;具有良好的附着力、耐冲击性、柔韧性,且耐温变性好,能够满足汽车涂装的需要。

Abstract:The drying properties was improved by the oxide film forming component of allyl ether unsaturated polyester. The formulation and production technology of allyl ether modified unsaturated polyester putty was studied. The effect of main selection of resins, styrene monomer, pigments and fillers, inhibitor, accelerator, curing agent and other factors on its performance was analyzed. The results showed that the product developed with quick drying at room temperature, excellent scraping, good grinding performance, excellent adhesion, impact resistance, flexibility and fine temperature change resistance, could meet the needs of automobile coating.
