电解法处理氨基乙酸生产废水技术研究

摘    要:通过实验考察了影响电解法处理氨基乙酸生产废水效果的因素。实验表明,随着电解时间的增加,降解效果逐渐升高,COD去除率呈现升高趋势,电解的最佳时间为60 min。在常温条件下,电解电压为10 V,通气量为4 L/min时,氨基乙酸生产废水在电解处理60 min内去除率可达到39.83%。

Abstract:Amino acid wastewater treatment by electrolysis were studied.Results show that with the increase of electrolysis time,the degradation effect gradually increases,COD removal rate shows increasing trend,and the best electrolysis time is 60 min.With the electrolysis voltage 10 V,and ventilation 4 L/min,COD removal rate of the amino acid wastewater in this electrolytic treatment can reach 39.83% within 60 min.
