基于数据挖掘技术的教学测评

摘    要:学院为保障教学质量,每学期对教师教学情况进行测评,其中学生的测评结果占教师总测评成绩的70%。通过多年的实证性研究表明:学生教学评价问卷具有很高的可信度,较客观地反映了任课教师的教学效果。由于学生测评数据量较大,又没有分类标准,应用SPSS软件进行聚类分析,可以较好地进行教学效果的等次划分。用关联规则分析教学测评数据可深层地挖掘与教学效果相关联的教学因素,为教学管理者和任课教师提供有力的反馈信息,学院监督部门据此可有效调节和控制教学活动的实施。

Abstract:Quality of teaching is evaluated in every semester to ensure teaching quality.Evaluation by students take up 70% of assessment result on teachers.The fact in years of application indicates that students' evaluation of teaching questionnaire has high reliability.The questionnaire reflects objectively the teaching effect.Due to the large amount of student evaluation data and the lack of classification standard,teaching effectiveness can be better classified by the application of cluster analysis SPSS software.The association rules can be used to analyze the factors influencing teaching quality,and provide feedback information for teaching managers and teachers.Then the implementation of the teaching activities can be adjusted effectively.
