| 摘 要： | 对辽宁省凤城市山羊峪流域泥石流,尤其对1998年特大暴雨形成泥石流的危害和现状进行了详细调查,并结合经济社会发展对泥石流的防治要求和泥石流灾害发生机理及分布规律进行了研究,分析了泥石流形成的自然因素和人类活动因素,给出了泥石流工程与非工程防治措施.

| Abstract: | The investigation of the debris flow disaster is presented in Shanyangyu River basin in Fencheng in Liaoning Province. The debris flow disaster taking plaee in 1998 eaused by an extraordinary storm is diseussed. In aeeordanee with the need of the debris flow disaster prevention the mechanies of oeeurrenee and the regular pattern of distribution of the debris flow disaster is analysed. Some projeet praetiees and nonprojeet practices in the prevention of the debris flow disaster are provided. |
