摘    要:针对舰船电力系统应用的重要性,提出了分布式监控形式的解决方案.在论述舰船电力系统的组成基础上,提出了分布式监控系统的体系结构、系统的配置和实现、系统监控和数据采集的功能和特点.实际的运行证明系统达到了对所管理的发电机组、配电装置、输电装置以及用电负载进行分布式监视、控制和测量,实现了自动地实时监测舰船电力系统各设备运行参数和运行状态,对各种瞬间发生的电气事故自动产生安全保护动作,对设备运行数据采集、存储和统计处理,综合提高了舰船电力系统的自动化监控技术水平.

Abstract:For the importance of marine power system applications, a solution of distributed monitoring scheme has been offered. Based on the discussion of the composition of marine power system, a distributed control system architecture, system configuration and implementation, functions and features of system monitoring and data acquisition are proposed. From the actual running, it is proved that the system has achieved the requirements of distributed monitoring, of control and measurement for the management of generators, of distribution equipment, of power transmission device and the electricity load. It is achieved that the real-time monitoring automatically for the equipment operating parameters and status of the marine power system, and the generating security action for a variety of instantaneous electrical accident, the data acquisition, storage and statistical processing automatically of operatiing equipment, integrated to improve the monitoring of marine power systems and technology automatically.
