轮胎模具低温气体碳氮共渗微变形技术的应用及其试验

摘    要:通过对轮胎活络模具分别作传统氮化工艺技术和低温气体碳氮共渗微变形工艺技术的试验研究,获得了大量试验数据,证明了低温气体碳氮共渗微变形工艺技术不但能明显提高模具的表面硬度、耐磨性和抗腐蚀性能,尤其其废品率由15%~20%降低到5%,能耗降低20%~30%。这一工艺技术符合当今的"低碳"技术要求,在行业上具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Through the test and research of traditional nitriding process technology and low- temperature gas carbonitriding micro deformation technology on tire molds separately, a large number of experimental data are acquired, which prove that the low-temperature gas carbonitriding micro deformation technology can improve surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of molds, particularly reduces the defective rate from 15%N20% to 5%, reduces the energy consumption by 20%N 30%. This process technology is in line with today's "low carbon" technical requirements, and has a wide range of applications in the industry.
