以科技为基,推进针织行业“十三五”全面提升

本文根据针织行业的现状,从引导行业发展的战略视角,提出针织行业"十三五"时期以科技为引领,推进人才培养、设计完善、标准提升、管理革新、绿色发展、智能引导、品牌培育、集群转型、布局优化和国际合作等十大工程建设的思路与措施。

Upgrading the Knitting Industry with Technology

Based on analyzing the status-quo of China’s knitting industry and from the strategic perspective of guiding the development of the industry, the article puts for ward the ideas and measures for promoting the construction of ten major projects under the guidance of technology during the 13th “Five-year Plan” period (2016—2020). The ten major projects focus on fostering talents, improving designing skill, upgrading standards, innovation of management, green development, intelligent manufacturing, brand cultivation, transformation of industrial clusters, optimizing layout and international cooperation.
