电加热服结构及其性能评价方法

摘    要:电加热服是目前应用较多且技术比较成熟的一种智能加热服装。本文阐述了电加热服的主要结构:发热系统、温度监测系统、电源、用户界面;从面料电热性能测试、服装热防护性能测试、服装舒适性能测试3个方面综述了电加热服的性能评价方法;最后针对电加热服在结构和性能评价方面的不足,展望了电加热服的发展趋势。

Methods for Evaluating the Structure and Properties of Electrically-heated Garment
Abstract:Electrically-heated garment is a kind of smart heated garment that is popular on market and technically mature. This paper reviewed the main components of the electrically-heated garment: heating system, temperature monitoring system, power supply and user interface. In addition, the methods for evaluating the performance from three aspects, namely the testing of fabric’s electrical-heating properties, the testing of garment’s heat-protective properties and the testing of garment’s comfort properties, were summarized. Finally, the developing trends of electrically-heated garment were forecast based on discussing the insufficiencies in evaluating the structure and properties of such garment.
