纺丝成网技术及其产品的最新进展

摘    要:传统纺丝成网生产已步入高附加值,功能性、耐用性纺粘非织造布产品受到人们的关注。纺丝成网技术在快速高效、复合功能、生产弹性以及革新性技术的开发和使用方面取得了长足的进步。本文介绍了部分耐用性纺粘非织造布新产品的性能和应用状况,包括高比表面积产品、弹性纺粘非织造布产品、异形截面纤维产品、生物基聚合物产品、超细纤维纺粘非织造布产品等,希望能为高附加值纺丝成网非织造产品的开发提供一些参考和借鉴。

The Latest Developments of Spunlaid Technologies and Products
Abstract:Conventional spunlaid production has become more value-added, while functional and durable spunbond nonwovens become more popular. Great progress has been made on spunlaid technology, which is relfected in higher speed and efifciency, composite functions, production lfexibility as well as the development and applications of revolutionary technologies. By introducing the properties and applications of some durable spunbond nonwovens, including high-specific surface nonwovens, elastic spunbond nonwovens, products based on proifled ifbers, products based on biomass polymers, spunbond nonwovens based on superifne ifbers, etc., this paper tries to offer certain reference for developing high value-added spunlaid nonwovens.
