生物基纤维在非织造材料中的开发与应用

摘    要:本文就几种生物基纤维在非织造领域的应用及材料特性进行了介绍。如海藻纤维和壳聚糖纤维作为海洋生物基纤维具有良好的物理化学性能、生物相容性和抗菌性,其非织造材料常被用于敷料、生物组织工程等中;聚乳酸具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,通过针刺、热粘合等工艺可以制备成非织造材料,用于过滤、装饰、农业等领域。

The Application of Bio-based Fibers in Nonwoven Materials
Abstract:The paper introduces the properties of several kinds of bio-based fibers and their applications in nonwoven field. As marine bio-based fibers, alginate fiber and chitosan fiber have excellent physical and chemical properties, biological compatibility and anti-bacteria property, which are widely used for medical dressing, biological tissue engineering, etc.; polylactic acid fiber have good biological compatibility and biodegradability, which can be made into needle-punched and thermal-bonded materials to be used in filtration, decoration and agricultural fields.
