2.5%高渗氯氰菊酯乳油的气相色谱分析

摘    要:采用5%OV–101色谱柱,以邻苯二甲酸二双环己酯为内标物,用FID检测器对2.5%高渗氯氰菊酯乳油定量分析,氮酮、氯氰菊酯的标准偏差分别为0.0496、0.0583,变异系数分别为4.82%、2.29%,氮酮的回收率为98.58%~101.52%,氯氰菊酯的回收率为98.65%~104.90%。该方法方便、快捷、准确。

Abstract:A method for the determination of laurocapram and cypermethrin 2.5% EC by GC with 5% OV-101 column using Dicyclohexyl phthalate as internal standard was developed. The standard deviation for laurocapram and cypermethrin were 0.049 6 and 0.0583. The coefficient of variation for laurocapram and cypermethrin were 4.82% and 2.29%. The recovery for laurocapram ranged between 98.58% and 101.52%, and the recovery for cypermethrin ranged between 98.65% and 104.90%. The method is convenient, rapid and accuracy.
