| 摘 要： | 研制了无苯型塑料凹印表印油墨,讨论了选择凹印油墨的基本组分--溶剂、树脂和颜料的基本原则,并通过实验方法,确定了油墨组分,优化了油墨配方.利用物理分散方法制备了油墨样品,对样品墨的印刷适性进行了评价.通过测试表明研制的样品墨的印刷适性与甲苯型墨基本相符.

| Abstract: | Non-benzene plastic gravure surface printing ink was developed and the basic principle of choosing the solvent, resin, and pigment was discussed. The components of the gravure printing ink were optimized through experiments. Physical dispersing method was applied to prepare the printing ink and the printability of the printing ink was evaluated. The test result indicated that the printability of the printing ink basically conforms to the toluene printing ink. |
