| Abstract: | Based on pre-scale,the study designed medical staff satisfaction evaluating system presented at formal-scale of sound environment in hospital waiting areas.The formal-scale including 15 items and 3 factors is investigated by the secret way on the spot.The 3 factors are medical staff subjective feelings of sound from inside or outside hospital,their evaluation to sound environment in hospital waiting areas.The Cronbach α coefficient of 3 factors and total score of the formal-scale are 0.618,0.897,0.890 and 0.707.The reliability and validity of the formal-scale are satisfactory so that it provides powerful support for the evidence design and improving the sound environment of hospital. |
