花纹轧辊自动加工工艺装备的设计

摘    要:针对花纹轧辊扁豆形槽在工件上的分布特点,从机械系统和电气系统两方面进行设计分析,阐述该专用工艺装备的设计原理及使用特点。使用此专用工艺装备,能大大提高生产效率,节约加工成本,实现花纹轧辊扁豆形槽的自动加工。

Abstract:According to the distributing features of bean slot on the grain roll, the mechanical system and electrical system are analyzed. The design principle and working characters are also put forward. By using the special process equipment, production efficiency is improved, and manufacturing cost is saved. The auto-processing of grain roller with bean slot is realized.
