卷包生产废料回收物流自动化的实现

针对目前卷包车间包装废料回收过程中存在的成本高、效率低、安全性差及影响现场管理效果等问题,以辅料输送自动化物流系统为依托,开发了回收物流自动化系统。主要利用LGV系统的富余工作能力满足车间废弃物料的搬运需求,其过程设计主要包括装箱、LGV自动搬运、移载和自动翻箱等工序。该系统解决了物流系统与外部控制系统的信号联接,实现了生产车间废料回收物流的安全、经济、高效和自动化,为现场管理、降低成本提供了一种方法。

Automation of Waste Recovery in Cigarette Making & Packing

As a solution to the problems of high cost, low efficiency, poor security and interfering with field management in package waste recovery system in cigarette making and packing department, a waste automatic handling system was developed on the basis of an existing materials transportation and automatic logistics system. The excess capacity of the laser guided vehicle system (LGV) was used for waste transportation, the procedure mainly included case filling, automatic handling by LGV, case transferring, etc. LGV automatic handling, case transferring and automatic case tipping were discussed in detail. The system communicated signals with outside control systems and featured safe, economical, high efficient and automatic waste recovery in production field, it provided a way for field management and cost reduction.
