通过应用专家系统对滚动轴承故障进行诊断,在专家系统的知识库中输入了有丰富经验的维修人员通过看、听、触、测得到的故障现象和排除故障的方法,该系统通过人机交互界面实现,使维修人员可以快速找出滚动轴承的故障并进行排除,节约时间,提高效率。

Research of Rolling Bearing Fault Diagnosis Based on Expert System

The expert system of rolling bearing fault diagnosis is applied.There is great knowledge to be leaved in the knowledge base of the expert system,which is gotten by the experienced maintenance personnel through the see,hear,touch,measured according to the failure phenomenon and the methods of troubleshooting.Human-computer interaction interface is researched and maintenance personnel can quickly identify the bearing fault and to rule out,save time and improve efficiency.
