摘    要:输油管道的可靠性与安全性在实际使用条件下既取决于金属的性能,也取决于其表面不均匀性在活性溶液作用下的电化学特性。这些外部因素能够加速其力学化学效应。焊接接头具有较高的电化学不均匀性——宏观与微观结构的非均匀性,各区域不等值的残余应力分布,取决于焊接接头的形式及大小和缺陷。降低焊接接头性能的不均匀性,可以通过选择焊接材料和调整工艺等来实现。就动载荷条件下的力学/化学交互作用对焊接接头电化学特性的影响进行了试验,试验结果表明,在动载条件下力学/化学交互作用的影响是明显的,并且变形金属的腐蚀速率是不均匀的。

Abstract:The dependability and security of pipe laying in practical application are laid on not only the performance of metal,but also the electrochemical characteristics of inhomogeneous metal surface under the action of active solution.These external factors can accelerate the mechano-chemical effect.The welding joints possess high electrochemical inhomogeneity on macro and microcosmic configuration and the distribution of unequal residual stress on each area depends on the shape,size and defects of welding joints.The performance inhomogeneity of welding joints can be reduced by selecting joining materials and adjusting technics.
